Step 1

Put Your Foot in the Door

The first step towards working with me is to watch the free – Real Nutrition Basics video series (RNB) – which I created to help you take an active role in Holistic Nutrition.  

By opening up to the teachings that I offer in the seven (7) RNB lessons, you’ll set yourself on the path towards aligning your everyday dietary decisions with your health and well-being.

Ultimately, the RNB video series will save us both time and finances, because once we agree to work together directly, we’ll be able to dive right into the nitty-gritty of Holistic Nutrition – precisely because of your willingness to go through this initiation process, which will also help you discover how much you resonate with my teachings.    

This means that by choosing to immerse yourself in the RNB lessons, you’ll lay a real foundation stone of the Holistic Nutrition thought-system that I teach, and wish to increase in a personalized way with those, who feel called to dive deeper with me (Step 2).

Dive Deeper With Me

Now that you’ve completed all of the 7 RNB video lessons as well as determined that you vibe with my approach, you’re ready to take the next step, which is to work with me directly, so that I can help you make Holistic Nutrition second nature to you. Yes!  

Since completing the RNB video series is a prerequisite for hiring me privately, it makes sense that reflecting on your experiences from the past 7 lessons will become the starting point of us working one-on-one.    

This means that we’ll extract any specific items that you resonated with the most so that I can help you clear any residual confusion, as well as offer any troubleshooting tips with regards to the practical application of the RNB best practices.

From there, we’ll focus not only on identifying and addressing your unique nutritional needs (which will be revealed to us through your comprehensive nutritional assessment), but you’ll also discover specific and proven Holistic Nutrition practices, including practical methods that will set you up for smooth nutritional sailing!

Ultimately, over the course of several private sessions, we’ll work on cultivating your Holistic Nutrition soil, so that you can start to experience the many health benefits that can come, with making this wonderful approach to nourishing your whole self, a way of life.

After you complete the RNB video series, you may commit to my 3-Week package, which includes three 45-min private sessions in total (one per week). After that, you may book additional private sessions at weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals, and we’ll talk about this before you go ahead, so that we can determine the best option for you at that particular time.   

The investment for the 3-Week package is $333 CAD, and you may book any additional private sessions at the regular flat rate of $90 CAD per session @ 45 min or $75 CAD per session @ 30 min.

Currently, my Holistic Nutrition Services include online consultations only – via Zoom or Skype. You may also like to know that I work from the Pacific Standard Time zone (PST). ☺

Since preparation is the key to success, learning the skill of making nourishing meal plans for yourself is definitely something that I’ll help you to master. This means that I’ll get you started by sharing sample meal plans with you, and I’ll gradually lead you towards taking an active role in your meal planning – so that you know exactly how to build your personal meal plans around your unique nutritional needs, dietary likes, dislikes, including any food-related sensitivities. Ultimately, we’ll work on strengthening your ability to meal prep and meal plan for yourself with knowledge and confidence.

Absolutely! In fact, I typically like to start off my clients with a cleanse (anywhere from 3 to 7 days), especially during seasonal transitions (spring, summer, late summer, autumn, winter) – the natural patterns which affect us energetically, mentally, physically, emotionally as well as spiritually.

Cleansing is a great way of giving your body a break from heavy digestive activities, which rob you of valuable energy, but you also get a glimpse of what it feels like to munch on whole foods from rising to bedtime. 

Ultimately, you leave with a first-hand experience of how you can support your body’s natural detoxification processes safely – through toxic-free, nutritionally powerful, and deeply hydrating real foods.

NOTE: We can dive deeper into cleansing as a part of your 3-Week package if the cleansing tips that the RNB lessons cover are not sufficient for you. 

Your insurance provider may cover Certified or Registered Holistic Nutritionists under extended plans, wellness plans, and/or health benefits. If you’re not sure, then I’d suggest that you speak directly to your insurance provider or employer to clarify. The insurance companies that are more likely to provide coverage include:

PS: If you find out that your health benefits plan doesn’t cover holistic nutrition services (nutrition or nutritional counseling), then you can ask your employer to consider adding the service of a Certified/Registered Holistic Nutritionist to an existing policy. You might be pleasantly surprised. ☺
